I love gorgeous layered ruffled tablecloths.
Set atop the table just so,
draped perfectly across & bunched up here and there...
So much charm!
There's something about ruffles cascading towards the floor
that is so dreamy and romantic
and it's perfect for a shabby vintage inspired table.
I wanted a ruffled cloth for the outdoor living dining table I did

I couldn't find one anywhere I looked, let alone find one
that would fit my 10' long farmhouse table.
But, I thought about something that I had purchased on clearance awhile
back but hadn't used that was just sitting in the armoire in packages.
They were fabric...
they had ruffles..
they were gorgeous...
so I thought...
Why not...
I grabbed two king sized bedskirts out of the armoire
and layered them on the table.
They are all cotton fabric, even the part that goes under the mattress
(I have seen some that are different material under the mattress)
They worked wonderfully for the romantic look I was trying to achieve.
A little different...
but I love how it came out.
