It's true...
I have been having a bit of a love affair.
What can I say?
I have no excuse ...
I can't even apologize for it...
because I kind of like it
I have been drawn to the romantic lately.
To the dreamy, the shabby, the delightfulness of faded colors,
vintage fabrics and lots of
ruffles.
Remember the bedskirts I used as a tablecloth that were from O.co?
I didn't really see bedskirts when I bought them.
I saw table linens, a duvet cover for my bed, pillow covers
and slipcovers
I had a round ottoman that was needing some love...
and the ruffled part of the bedskirt was the perfect length
so I got out the scissors and turned the ruffles into a slipcover.
I am loving how it turned out
and with all it's dreamy white ruffliciousness...
the ottoman is perfect for a little shabby cottage room re-do
